We are here to serve refugees in the Ottawa region.
If you are looking for home furnishings or supplies please follow our intake process.
1. Fill out the furniture and supplies request form.
2. Book an appointment to choose your furniture and pay your deposit.
Our team will contact you to arrange an appointment to choose your furnishings at our warehouse.
A deposit of $150 is required to hold your appointment. Payments can be made via etransfer or cash.
3. Pick up your furniture.
To ensure a safe appointment please remember:
- to arrive on time
- for safety no children are allowed at the warehouse
- only 2 adults per family per visit
4. Pay the furnishing fee.
The fees to furnish a home are as follows:
- 1/2 family members - $250
- after that it is $100 per person
- 4 family members - $400
- 5 family members - $500
- 6 family members - $600
- 7 family members $700
- 8/9 family members - $800
This includes deposit and delivery.
Cash or etransfer is to paid at time of appointment.
